Key Responsibilities

Our educators play an important role in molding the intellect and character of our students. Working with us you will:

  • Islamic Curriculum Design and Implementation
  • Deliver rigorous lessons that are commensurate with LA learning standards, using the backward planning system.
  • Document syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, rubrics, and more.
  • Collaborate and Communicate
  • Collaborate with department heads to institute specific instructional plans.
  • Regularly share progress and data with adminstrators.
  • Attend staff and departmental meetings and apply feedback to enhance teaching.
  • Support Holistic Development
  • Serve as homeroom facilitator when assigned. 
  • Enable the students to achieve the high expectation in learning with the so-called Islamic atmosphere.
